All products created by Gravinity Designs are customized for each customer. Extensive conversations between customer and designer are undertaken until customers are satisfied. In the event that Gravinity Designs is unable to fulfill a customer's need, the customer will not be required to complete payment.

Gravinity Designs requires a 20% deposit upon hire. In the event that Gravinity Designs is unable to fulfil a customer's needs, the remaining 80% of payment will not be charged. Deposit will not be returned.

Graphics, HTML, programming, and scripts created by Gravinity Designs are sole property of Gravinity Designs and are to be used only by the original client for intended purposes only.

Gravinity Designs retains the rights to deny any customer services based upon fit between customer and provider. Service may also be denied at time of request based on workload of Gravinity Designs. In such cases, customers may request to be placed on a non-committal waiting list.

Gravinity Designs provides each customer with a satisfaction gaurantee. In the event that a customer's product is found to be defective in some way, Gravinity Designs will provide a resolution to the problem free of charge.
